PICKUP

Most customers choose to pick up the SUBURBAN at the Gunnison Airport (GUC). We have several dedicated parking spaces there, however none of them are covered spaces, so there may be some days in the winter when you will have to brush / scrape snow away from the windows.

We will remotely unlock the vehicle. The key fob will be located in the vehicle.

​

FUEL

The SUBURBAN will be full of fuel when you get it. Please refuel the vehicle prior to dropping it off, or purchase the full tank of gas in advance. Pre-paid fuel is available as well.

DROP OFF

Drop the SUBURBAN off at either of our 3 drop-off locations

1. GUNNISON Airport ( General Parking Area ) or on the street if parking is full.

2. GUNNISON Private Airport ( General Parking row furthest from the Terminal )

3. CRESTED BUTTE Chamber of Commerce ( 4-Way Stop )

Leave the key inside and send us a text, we will remotely lock the vehicle and send a driver to get it ready for the next guest.

DELIVERY

Free delivery for weeklong rentals to any address in Gunnison or Crested Butte or Almont. $50 delivery fee for trips shorter than 1 week.

DRIVERS

Must be 25 years of age or older, have a valid drivers license, have existing Comprehensive and Collision Auto insurance.

​

INSURANCE

We require you to provide proof of full coverage insurance for your own personal vehicle and sign a contract that you agree to cover any and all damages that occur while you are driving the vehicle.

We do NOT try to sell you additional insurance.

​

If you dont like the ide of using your own personal insurance you can book through our booking partner TURO where they are more than happy to sell you a temporary insurance policy. All drivers on TURO must have a valid drivers license and be registered with TURO.

 

We have a small personal fleet of vehicles. Our rental agreement requires that you agree to pay for any and all damages and in the unfortunate event where this is necessary you are of course welcome to file a claim with your own insurance company.

SMOKING

Please no smoking inside vehicles. 

​

CLEANING

We ask that vehicle is returned in as-clean-as-possible condition. We always wash and sanitize vehicles in between guest bookings. Please remove trash and personal items.

PETS

We love our PETS! All of our vehicles are PET FRIENDLY, however please let us know in advancem and we will provide you with seat covers, toweles, etc. Please either clean the vehicle thoroughly or agree to pay our additional PET CLEANING FEE of $250 (pet rentals require full detail)
